About Snowco Labradors

I grew up on a Morgan Horse farm where we bred, raised and showed our horses for over 40 years.  My family acquired our first American/Field  Labrador, Samantha Tweezer Of Snowco, in 1968 and bred three generations before turning to the English /Bench style Labrador.  Either way we have been in love with the breed ever since and I can’t imagine life without a Labrador at my side.

Here at Snowco Labradors, I breed for health, soundness and temperament.  All of my Labs are cleared for hips, elbows, eyes (cerf /optigen) heart, EIC and CNM.  I breed one to two litters a year or every other year.  My main goal in a breeding is a pup for myself and the rest of the  puppies are placed in pet homes under "Limited Registration".

We have bred yellows in the past and hope to in the future.  However, my lines now are blck and choc.  If you are looking for a yellow pup I will help you find a reputable breeder.  I can also help you locate an older Labrador from a reputable breeder or thru rescue.

My puppies are raised with love and socialized in my home from the minute they are born until they leave me.   All of my pups are wormed, vet checked and receive their first series of vaccinations before leaving.  They are exposed to crates, water, ear cleaning and nail clipping prior to going to their forever homes.

I am not a large breeder with a kennel full of dogs.  My Labradors live in the house with me as part of my family (they are my children) and sleep in my bed with me every night (once they are graduated from their crate)  Pups that have not graduated yet are in their crates in my bedroom at night.

My puppy buyers are carefully screened to ensure a happy, healthy, safe environment, and  I maintain a relationship with my buyers, always on call, for the life of my dogs.

I offer boarding  for my pups as long as they are on The Invisible Fence System by Canine Fence Company.  The pups swim daily in the river in the back yard, enjoy beef marrow bones, are groomed, ears cleaned and  live in the house during their stay.

I have friends that have had my Labradors for over 30 years.  I breed for the love of the breed and the “all important” improvement of my lines.

While I reside in New Jersey, I also have a shooting preserve in Albany County, New York.  To find out more about "Thunder Meadow Shooting Preserve"  please click on the link below.

Looking To Install An Invisible Fence?
Please call me for a
free $100 coupon (that must be presented at time of purchase)
This is for the "original" Invisible Fence System installed by the Canine Fence Company
I have had this system on 2 properties for 20 years with 100% success
It is much less expensive than installing a physical fence

Please note:  Not all invisible fence systems are created equal
I have seen the systems you can purchase at Petco (or the like) and witnessed them malfunctioning immediately after installation
